The Fine Print:
All prepaid service packages are available for use immediately and must be redeemed in full by April 30, 2027. Any services or treatments not redeemed by the expiration date will be returned to the spa and may be used as donations to charitable organizations, as rewards for staff achievement, used for marketing and promotions, or disbursed however deemed appropriate by BioBalance leadership. Sorry, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on services purchased during the Spring Fling Event. Please be sure of your selections prior to purchasing.
Online savings available exclusively through our online shopping portal; services purchased online will be added to your patient account at BioBalance Skin within five business days. In-person shopping only available during regular business hours. Entry to online giveaways will be subject to rules outlined on the giveaway posts on the official BioBalance Instagram account.
