Amanda Dunavant
Amanda Dunavant began her career in the beauty industry in 2009 after graduating from The Salon Professional Academy. As a professional makeup artist, she developed a passion for helping clients enhance their natural features through techniques tailored to their unique facial structure and personal style.
Inspired to provide long-lasting confidence and convenience, Amanda became certified in microblading and later expanded her expertise after obtaining her tattooing license. Today, she specializes in permanent makeup services including brows, lash enhancements, lip blushing, corrective procedures, and scar camouflage. Amanda’s artistic precision and meticulous attention to detail allow her to create natural, beautifully balanced results that help clients feel confident every day.
Christy Fuchs
Christy Fuchs joined BioBalance in 2024 as a Patient Care Coordinator, bringing a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction. She enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and helping create a positive, welcoming experience from the moment they contact the office.
Christy assists with scheduling, patient communications, and day-to-day support while helping ensure every visit is organized, efficient, and stress-free. Her friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and dedication to outstanding service make her an important part of the BioBalance team.
Dana Whalen, RN, BSN
Dana Whalen brings more than two decades of experience in aesthetic medicine to BioBalance Skin, combining advanced clinical expertise with a personalized, educational approach to patient care. Throughout her distinguished career, Dana has remained at the forefront of aesthetic innovation, helping introduce Radiesse® dermal filler and Xeomin® to the U.S. market in 2000 and later serving as a national aesthetic trainer for Merz Aesthetics, where she educated physicians and nurses across the country.
Known for her thoughtful consultations and artistic eye, Dana takes time to understand each patient’s goals, creating customized treatment plans designed to achieve natural, refreshed results. Her commitment to education, precision, and individualized care allows patients to feel informed, confident, and empowered throughout their aesthetic journey.
Jenna Mueth, BSN, RN
Jenna Mueth is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and more than a decade of clinical nursing experience. Passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin, Jenna specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments that blend science with personalized care.
Her expertise includes Sciton BBL HEROic™ and Moxi® laser treatments, HydraFacial®, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapies, and regenerative skin rejuvenation procedures. Jenna also performs body and facial wellness treatments using EMSCULPT NEO® and EMFACE®, helping patients improve skin quality, muscle tone, and overall confidence. She is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans that deliver beautiful, natural-looking results while ensuring every patient feels comfortable, informed, and supported.
Lara Sunderman, RN, BSN
Lara Sunderman joined the BioBalance Skin team in 2025, bringing years of bedside nursing and operating room experience along with a passion for leadership, organization, creativity, and exceptional patient care. As Administrative Spa Director, Lara combines her clinical background with a talent for creating experiences and supporting the team behind the scenes, helping ensure every visit reflects the high standards of care and personalized attention that define BioBalance Skin.
Lara believes outstanding aesthetic care extends far beyond the treatments themselves. It begins with connection, trust, and a thoughtfully curated environment where every patient feels welcomed, valued, and confident in their care. Her commitment to operational excellence and compassionate service helps create an experience that is as exceptional as the results patients achieve.
Sarah O’Brien
Sarah O’Brien has been an integral member of the BioBalance team since 2006. As a licensed master aesthetician and laser specialist, she combines years of experience with a passion for helping patients achieve healthier, more radiant skin through customized treatment plans.
Sarah offers a comprehensive range of medical aesthetic services, including HydraFacial®, microneedling, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and advanced Sciton BBL HEROic™ and Moxi® laser treatments. She also performs body contouring and muscle-strengthening treatments with EMSCULPT NEO® and EMFACE®, helping patients improve both appearance and confidence. Sarah is known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and commitment to educating patients while delivering exceptional results tailored to their individual goals.
Stacy Kaltmayer
Stacy Kaltmayer joined the BioBalance team in 2010 following a successful career in education. Bringing the heart of a teacher to every patient interaction, Stacy enjoys helping patients navigate their care with confidence by providing guidance, resources, and personalized support.
From scheduling appointments to assisting with skincare recommendations and post-treatment instructions, Stacy is dedicated to making every step of the patient experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Her genuine compassion, remarkable memory for the little details of patients’ lives, and thoughtful follow-up help each person feel known, valued, and cared for. Her warmth, knowledge, and dedication are part of what makes the BioBalance experience so personal.
Sunny Cooper
Sunny Cooper has been part of the BioBalance team since 2011. After beginning her career as assistant to Dr. Kathy Maupin, Founder and Medical Director, she transitioned into her role as Patient Care Coordinator, where she has become a trusted resource for patients of both BioBalance Health and BioBalance Skin.
As one of the first friendly faces patients encounter, Sunny is dedicated to creating a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment they arrive. Whether assisting with appointments, answering questions, or providing thoughtful support throughout each visit, Sunny’s warm personality, quick sense of humor, and genuine care help put patients at ease and make every visit feel a little brighter.
