Opus Plasma Fractional Plasma
Opus Plasma is the first fractional plasma technology to enter the market. Not to be confused with strictly plasma devices, the combination of Radio Frequency with “microplasma” energy allows us to treat skin texture and quality concerns in less time and with less patient downtime compared with other skin resurfacing solutions.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
When the Opus Plasma device, with charged metal tips, is placed near the skin, the charged tips react to atmospheric pressure and generate plasma, which induces fractional injuries in the microthermal zones of your skin. In response, the integrity of your skin and underlying tissues is reinforced with an influx of collagen and elastin. The effect of the increased collagen and elastin is firmer, brighter, and more oxygenated skin!

Your esthetician will apply numbing cream to keep you comfortable during the treatment. The resurfacing will take only 15-30 minutes depending on the size of the treatment area. You will have mild redness and swelling, but it resolves quickly and you can expect to be back to normal in just a few days.

Laser resurfacing is one of today’s most popular skin treatments but can be painful and can sometimes take weeks to recover. The Pixel Erbium is a gentler option for laser resurfacing and is ideal for those who want significant and immediate change in skin texture and tone, but have little time for prolonged healing periods. Pixel laser treatments have rapid healing times and shorter periods of redness than other ablative treatments. The outer layers of damaged skin are ablated by laser, while the lower layers are toned, for a smoother, firmer look, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and improve the skin texture.
What can I expect during and after the treatment?
This treatment is far more comfortable than conventional laser skin resurfacing, but a topical anesthetic is applied 30 minutes prior to treatment to minimize discomfort. Immediately following the procedure, your skin will be red and feel somewhat hot – like a sunburn – and you may experience mild swelling and discomfort for 4-7 days following the treatment.

PhotoFacial
Using IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) or Dye-VL (an advanced IPL system) we can effectively treats brown spots, redness, age spots, broken blood vessels, rosacea and vascular lesions.
IPL emits multiple wavelengths of light to treat sun-induced changes on he face, including brown pigmentation, age spots and broken blood vessels. We can also treat the facial changes of rosacea, including redness and broken blood vessels. IPL can be used to treat the face, hands, neck and chest.
There is very little discomfort with this procedure. You may experience a few days of redness and possible pinpoint bruising after the IPL procedure. Some brown spots may appear darker for a few days but will then peel off. Several treatments may be necessary to achieve the desired results.
